1, polypropylene nucleating agent HBP
Adding nucleating agent modified polypropylene has good transparency, high gloss, excellent mechanical properties and processability characteristics, its scope is more widely used.
2, polyformaldehyde nucleating agent
Polyoxymethylene (POM) is a kind of excellent comprehensive properties of high crystal engineering plastics. Its high strength and hardness, good rigidity, and good abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance, and thus be used instead of non-ferrous metal and alloy, widely used in automobile, electronic appliances, construction, machinery and other industries. Owing to the high crystallinity of pom (general crystallinity of more than 60%), a gap, the impact strength is low, the molding shrinkage big shortcoming, and various other outstanding properties do not match, need further improvement. The performance of the improved polyformaldehyde material basically has two kinds of methods: strictly control the working conditions and adding nucleating agent. The study found that the impact strength of crystalline polymer is associated with the size and distribution of spherulites. Experiment mainly through in adding nucleating agent polyformaldehyde, change the configuration of polyformaldehyde spherulite, decrease the crystal size and in the process of forming shrinkage rate, improve its impact, optimization of polyformaldehyde performance, make its can satisfy some special requirements.
